O.Bee & Tomas Station_
Two visions of house music will visit Sophie’s Main Stage for a lesson in class and energy with the most sensual sounds of electronic music. Hailing from the Bronx, New York, The Martinez Brothers will bring their classic house beats: endless mixes, legendary vocals, and elegant patterns. Representing the Parisian school, we will have Traumer and his tech house with minimal touch. A top-level selector who never misses the opportunity to share his musical knowledge in all styles of dance music. The Main Stage will complete its lineup with the live performance of Argentinean artist Guti and his merge between jazz and Latin music, as well as the sessions of Spega and Jaden Thompson.
The Tunnel Stage will feature a musical proposal of many carats, selected by the digital media Trommel and represented, among others, by Romanian artist Praslea and his minimalistic beats.
The Madrid-based collective Quinoa will take the reins of the Modular Stage to share their passion for vinyl and the warmest rhythms of house, minimal, disco, and Latin sound.
The Martinez Brothers
Chris and Steven Martinez grew up listening to the legendary sounds of Paradise Garage that their father shared with them. House music ran through their veins, and before the age of 20, they were already setting dance floors ablaze with a selection of classic house vocals, Latin sounds, tribal drums, and disco reminiscences. As residents in some of Ibiza’s most important clubs, their sessions are a masterclass in how house music has never died, blending tracks that were born long before them with current productions that will become classics in the future.
Traumer's sets are a source of energy and good vibes. He is a renowned producer with several aliases (Traumer for house and tech house, Roman Poncet for pure techno, and Jinger for breakbeat) and the boss of the Gettraum label. His sessions moves between house, techno, and minimal with absolute fluidity, creating a place for happiness and enjoyment with good beats, sophisticated melodies, and old-school reminiscences. A mix focused 100% on the dance floor.
Sophie’s Chapter #4 dresses up to welcome The Martinez Brothers. The Bronx DJs, producers and remixers keep house music alive with their trademark tech house, with influences of hip hop, funk, soul and a lot of groove. The duo of brothers Steven and Chris Martinez, known for their residencies in Ibiza’s finest clubs, will land on the Main Stage, with their unique style of mixing classic house and techno sounds with modern production techniques, creating a contemporary sound, in a 100% energetic session. There will also be the argentine DJ, musician and producer Guti, regular collaborator of The Martinez Brothers label, who will be in charge of closing this memorable edition with a live set, where he will mix electronic music with live instruments. He will share the stage with french producer Traumer, known for his fierce and cold techno without concessions, and his melodic house with touches of jazz, a regular at the Rex club in the French capital; Jaden Thompson, the young resident of Fabric who has jumped to stardom in record time, becoming an international reference, and the DJ from Malaga, Spega, with his tech house vibes under the influence of the old skool hip hop sound.
Tunnel Stage x Trommel: Sophie invites Trommel, the artistic platform focused on underground electronic music, to curate the Tunnel Stage for the second consecutive year. The lineup features Italian producer and DJ Giammarco Orsini, who will offer a session that will transit from UK rave techno, to IDM and Italian trance, passing through house with hypnotizing and creative mixes; the duo O.Bee & Tomas Station, the first is considered a liberator of the dance floor and defiant of gender norms, along with Tomas Station, with its particular clash of cultures and sounds, both owners of Jigit, based in New York and residents of Circoloco in Ibiza. In addition, there will be Praslea, one of the most innovative minimal DJs, challenging the limits of carefree dance music, resident of soundwave from Romania and the australian resident in Barcelona, Morgan, with a charming set that will move from minimal to deep house.
Modular Stage x Quinoa: Madrid-based electronic music collective Quinoa Experience, known for their parties in emblematic locations in the capital, will program the Modular Stage. This space will feature the Valencian DJ and producer Jorge Escribano, resident in Madrid, with a session that will travel from house to techno, through EDM and trance; Chris Gorrie, who will set the pace of the night between floating tones and a catchy groove, and Solar Punk, multidisciplinary artist with a unique vinyl session, both co-founders of Quinoa Experience, as well as Jua’Rez.
